4'10.5 at 109 lbs I usually eat around 1300-1400 calories on days I can't exercise (aka weekdays). I pump it up to around 1500-1600 on the days I can though

I eat about 1400-1500 when I have to maintain, I eat about 1700-1800 on the days I can exercise though

I would stick to my diet for a while, and it can get really frustrating, therefore, I binge for several days. I'd feel really guilty after and strictly stick to my diet, and then I'd do it again. It was a cycle. I was a mess. I've found a way to tame the beast though. I'd allow myself to have a weeky cheat day but also…
