Probably try cutting it out slowly rather than just cold Turkey. As for the other people in your household...dont even focus on what they eat. You have the power to say no. Just focus on your goals and remind yourself how certain foods take you away from those goals

The number on the scale really messes with your head. It happened to me the other day also. That number lies to you. Take pictures of yourself and see your progress that way. The scale is good initially but long term it becomes very unhealthy. Just observe your body and also learn to feel it.

Try and experiment in the kitchen with foods. Dont be scared of certain foods if you find those filling but more often than not something like ice cream isnt filling so just remember that.
