Komo is right. Self accountability is important in dieting someone can only encourage you to an extent. It all falls on you. It's with anything that you want to achieve, it always falls on you. You need to commit to a lifestyle change and you wont have to worry about yo-yo dieting.

Work out at home using YouTube videos. Dont use the weather as an excuse as to why you cant get exercise in. Motivation is a feeling that comes and goes, it's not what pushes people to get into shape. If you want to workout outside, do it at night when it begins to cool down or early in the morning. No excuses.
