I'm waiting for this moment so I can say yes LOL

Oh you know. That age.

My last ditch coping mechanism

Sleeping for days, spazzing out, ingestion copious amounts of nicotine.

I have so many of these threads saved for when I'm ready for maintenance lol

For the first time in my life I am a back sleeper.

It very much depends on what is stressing me out. I tend to shut down when I'm extremely stressed so there isn't much time for eating when I'm sleeping 18 hours a day. "Warrior breathing" is something I think I just do instinctively. It does help when I finally work up the courage to go on with my life. I have yet to find…

Keep doing what you're doing. You're seeing a loss, I know it's not what you expected but it's still a loss. Give it some more time. In the meantime if you don't own a food scale, buy one. Are you logging everything you eat? Log everything you eat so you have some data to look at when you're confused by what you see on the…

If you're eating at a deficit just take a couple of maintenance days. Plan the day, log your food before you eat it and the thing that really saves me around this time is buying "snack size" things so I don't eat more than my calories allow. Sh it happens. Sometimes not gaining any weight is just as good as losing.

Because I just woo everything you post.

Don't be ashamed I would do this too and I still think this way. My boyfriend is a huge snacker which is fine because he could use the calories and we just bought a *kitten* ton of junk food at walmart earlier today and this crossed my mind. 85lbs down but other people don't know that so it scares me. I really hate the…

Definitely. I've had this realization and it still floors me.

I freak out over my collarbone. If I start playing with it I get really creeped out by it and start to panic LOL

Jeans were the worst. If I was going out that night I would take a nap in them to stretch them out before I went out LOL

I quit about a month ago after smoking for 10 years. When I didn't have cigarettes on me I wasn't me. I knew I would be crazy emotional and not myself once I tried to quit and this scared me. I'm not much of a success story (yet) but I honestly don't think I'll touch another cigarette again. I switched to vaping nicotine.…

As a child? My weight was constantly being brought up. By friends, by strangers, by my parents... it didn't help one bit. But there was something about hearing it from my grandmother once I had reached 230lbs at 5'3". I signed up for MFP the next day and have lost 85lbs since. I think you have to be ready to hear it and…

The only way to know for sure is by tracking your food but I've definitely woken up a couple pounds heavier because I was retaining water. Give it a week or two and if the number keeps going up you might be better tracking.

Depending on how much weight you have to lose, your age, genetics, you might be just fine. I've lost 85lbs with minimal loose skin. My arms are a little flabby, and my stomach is a little jiggly but other than that it's manageable. I was afraid of loose skin too but once the fat started disappearing I didn't worry as much.…
