I've lost 76lbs now and have 24 to go. Even now when I'm feeling discouraged I have to remind myself that if I'm eating at a deficit and I'm logging accurately my weight will go down.

Yea you're right I didn't log the right brand, I logged the bun I thought I was going to buy which is 120 cals for 43 grams but went with the 130cal a bun brand. Welp lol what's 13 calories. Thanks for that I would have never noticed!

I bought burger buns today. The package said one bun (43 grams) was 130 calories decided to actually weigh it (I don't usually) and it was 53 grams. Only a 17 calorie difference but still not what the package said.

If you have rib cage bruises then you are not wearing the right size. You would rather be in pain than feel unsupported? Went from a 40DDD at 230lbs and 5'3" to a 32H (according to online size calculators) at 153lbs. My bust is actually bigger for my body then they were before lol I expect to not get past a DD but who knows. If you're having doubts then wait, if it's covered then it will always be an option.

I would never waste 360 calories on oil. I use a tsp which is 40 cals. "I don't feel that there are 3 spoons of olive oil" I don't understand this. How would you be able to feel it? I was a big night snacker before losing weight so I switched the chips and dip for cucumbers and salsa. Still crunchy and salty.

Same. Drinking just isn't worth it to me anymore. Would much rather stay in my deficit or eat something delicious. Once I start going it's hard to stop. So I know 2 beers is going to turn into 4 (or more if we're being honest). One glass is going to turn into a bottle (or 2). Plus hangovers so no thanks.

I sometimes can't differentiate hunger from tiredness. If I start to get hungry late at night and it's not a stomach growling hungry I usually chalk it up to tiredness.

I feel you OP. I have good days and bad days. I started at 230lbs and am now around 155. Progress pictures definitely help. Every month I'll take a a full body picture and then compare it to my heaviest. Congratulations on 55lbs down!

I'll drink a coffee as soon as I wake up. It works as an appetite suppressant for me so it gives me a couple of hours before I get hungry.
