  • Get back on track. Stayed the same weight give or take .2 after TG. Today bob'd up 1.2 LBS, and i ate Burger king so i'm gonna hit my max calories for the day. I travel in 1 week so I need to buckle down.
  • New clothing is always so exciting. I started at a tight 54 pant ad 5x shirt in July4, i'm I just bought 46 shorts and 3x shirts. The shorts are actually a bit lose so i'm 10 inches off my waist give or take. Very excited about eventually being a lose 40 with a waist again.
  • Got through TG without doing anything differently than I would have. Maybe not taking 2nds that i'm not hungry for, i'm not sure. 314 Today. Travel in 8 days just 315 by then was my goal so ever .x now is a win.
  • Well there is all that double time pay where I work. We get 6 days of double time pay between TG and NY day.
  • Good job. BMI charts are notoriously crap. I know i'd on the edge of death before I was not overweight according to BMI. According to the chart i'd have to be 192 lbs. When i was 18 and left bootcamp i was 219 lbs. That was abs popping, "hello nurse" thin. 30 LB lighter than that would be like 8 percent body fat not 19.
