Go to your local hardware. Lowes, Ace, Home Depot. and get a heavy duty 2 or 3 step with a spot at the top to set stuff down like light fictures or a screw driver... 299.4 Went through some stuff and stress ate for 3 or 4 days. Shot up to 308. Back down to Low point today.

After 7 months and 10 days and roughly 90 lbs (87 on the scale). Next goal is 286 for 100 on the scale. Then 275. 260ish is my first end goal and assess. Along the way i've been a big fan of the 10's 380/70/60....

arg lol. 300.4. I guess the 300.8 yesterday was the real number or it is just that I didn't get enough sleep to offset my day. Either way 299 is coming.

I bought a different brand because it was on sale. My normal bag is like 350 to 400 cal. with is 520. Little differences add up. Logging is very cathartic. My 1800-2100 cals of food weights like 5 lbs vs 1 big mac meal. Crazy.

Ok so this kit has 3 servings. I'm guessing if i toss everything in the dressing and cruton/cheese pack that i'd be getting 15 calories. If i eat the crutons and cheese maybe another 165?

300.2. If it was an off day i'd have gone back to bed for 2 hours, but I had to get out the door. LOL. I tried to get a 2nd weight it is said 300.8. I also had new tapes of waist 51(start 62).

Thanks. I've pretty much met my weight loss expectations. When i was gearing up for the Dec trip in aug i said "i could be as low as 290 but I expect to be about 315. I hit 312. Now i'm think 275 by june when I retire to go back home to PH. If i make it to june i'm waiting on my house to sell and i'm done.

302.4 back to 3 days ago. I feel like progress is coming again in the next 2 days. It's been steady since the uptick. The down 1 a day was a bit over the top.

303.8. Still up 1.6 from my lowest weigh in. Hopefully by Tue i'll be below that. Even odds it bobs back up. LOL. I came back from my 5 week trip and getting married 28 days ago. i was 312 down 9 lbs even with the uptick. The scale can really mess with your head. Success is over time so dont let the day to day weigh in…

I too struggle with sleep. For me I think it is the massive amount of caffein I take in throughout the day. I dont take any in the last 5 or 6 hours but I think that it still carries over. 302.4: Guessing the next major milestone 299.8 is withing a week. 2 at the most. Then it will be getting to where the end of the day weight is below 300. Then 286 for 100 Lbs lost. At that point my wife wants me to stop. I'm thinking 260. We'll see.

303.4. Same as yesterday. I'll take it. Eventually i'll sleep 8 to 10 hours instead of 4 to 6 and it will drop.

Without a doubt. My knees always hurt before. They haven't hurt in ages. I thought of that yesterday. It really occured to me when i carried my 65 lbs of luggage down the stairs in DEC and realized that that was how much weight i carried up and down those stairs every day.

306.2. officially the least i've weighed in nearly 20 years. In 2018 Jan i was at 306.8 before I stopped logging and was 345 in march. Not happening his time. I got stuff to do and places to go this year. Also minus 80 weighed lbs.

yesterday 307.8 today 309 lol. This is the way. Lower than before by the end of next week i'm sure.
