  • Apparently, Dolly Parton eats no carbs during the week and eats what she wants at the weekend. Not sure I could totally shun carbs for five days straight, though.
  • I got a full length mirror and stuck up photos of my rather large self around the house. Also, being so large I couldn't buy clothes in Next really helped.
  • Hi, my scales are in my bathroom and I can't help but weigh myself. I find I can fluctuate a few pounds during the day. On a Friday I go to a chemist and pay to use their machine and I use that number to enter into mfp.
  • Not really diet but I know a few people who will not let food types touch each other on their plate and have to eat items separately. Eg if baked beans touched a sausage the whole meal would be ruined and they'd refuse to eat it.
