^^ Very helpful tool. If I'm eating something homemade, it will give me an entry for that. If I'm eating out and there is no calorie indication, I pull up the search bar, type in the entree, and it will give me entries from two dozen restaurants and I choose the most compatible one.

The short answer is yes. However, to me at least, its retraining the body. If it's family pizza night, I won't deprive myself. Maybe put together an adrenaline playlist, or download some ebooks. Anything to distract the boredom. I myself prefer to adjust the speed and incline every 30 seconds.
