Just got MFP set up, except I need a pic:~b. I did Atkins many years ago, but decided to go keto after watching a bunch of youtube videos by a girl from Texas. Thanks Kathrine, you made it look easy. Anyway, I hope to learn more about the keto lifestyle and get/give support. Hello Everyone!
