Keto since 12 June and lost 3kg so far. My goal is get to 55kg, currently I'm at 67. I'm 5'4" and 33 years old.

I'm a keto newbie too. It's day 4 and I already feel lighter (probably water retention) I can tell I am transitioning as I'm experiencing some of the keto flu symptoms. To help with this I am taking multivitamins with minerals and lots of water. Great stuff! I am so excited about this diet as I love cheese and avocados
