I've been running and doing sprints. I just started doing some weight training too. A lot of focus on my chest area. Probably need to do my "*kitten*" ups. I was 285 in January 2017, now I'm at 250. Just from diet/eating habits. Very proud but I want to lose more and get rid of my man boobs!
