I work out patient cardiology as NP. Not easy to get in a workout when you come home mentally drained. Trying my best to work out early am before work, usually be 6am

I've been working out regularly for about 2 weeks now and I do notice body changes. I am hope my to see some decline in my clothing size over time... I know my scale weighs more so I am not sure how much chang I will see in actually body weight??? Hoping to be more toned and build muscle. So happy to share this journey…

Thank goodness I'm not alone. I crave chocolate the most so that is my biggest challenge. I try to eat darker chocolate but it doesn't curb my cravings as much as a nice piece of Hershey's chocolate...I'm trying so I really am enjoying reading everyone's input! I'm also new to this site

Hello I wear my arm band and wireless blue tooth headphones. They never get in the way and I can jam to my music while lifting. Can't lift without music :)
