Been gone for a bit, life happens you know? Anyways, I am trying to get back to a more healthy lifestyle after loosing my mom to Covid last month 😩. 51 and counting… no motivation and a hell of a lot of baggage to sift through mentally before I make any progress. Any encouragement would be appreciated!!!!

Making some progress today! Three miles with the best one at 11 mins! Super stoked and ready to get at it again! Anyone else making some progress?

Did 4 miles today with an average pace of 13 per mile, not too bad for starting out!! Trying to get ready for a 5k color run in May. Wish me luck!

So day three of doing some walking, still struggling with it :/ can’t help feeling disappointed because I am WAY behind where I was. But, I WILL get this!!!

So fell off the wagon for awhile, winter sucks...too cold to get moving and too many hours of darkness. Thankful the weather has started warming up so I can get motivated again!!

Right? Hormones! Pretty much the culprit here! My family has a history of breast cancer so even hormone therapy is a bust for me. So muddling through hoping exercise, proper nutrition and one understanding husband is the key to success. Here's hoping you ladies can find some relief and make it through too!

How is it that progress seems to creep by barely making a dent in anything? Mood swinging is still in force (not as frequent, but when it hits! OMG, Watchout!!) Wow, glad to know I am not going crazy!! These mood swings and fatigue are Insane! Have to say tho, working out helps tremendously, and I have motivated my sister to join in! Good luck guys and keep going!
