I’m on week 6! I just got a real pair of running shoes yesterday and it made a big difference. I also added yoga once a week and that helps with the soreness and tightness from running on pavement. I don’t have any friends on here yet but add me I’d love some runner friends.

Special Ed teacher here. I am pretty good about exercising but food has always been a work in progress. This is the first time I’m trying to use the community to help keep on track.

I’m a new runner! I just finished week 5 of C25K. Today was the hardest day so far by a lot but I’m really enjoying getting outside for a half hour every other day.

I just finished week 5! It’s really addicting once you start being able to run more and more so it’s been very motivating for me.
