I set small goals for myself. My first is to.reach 180, then 150, then my final of 135...that's 83 pounds plus. I got this.

Good.job! Once I get my calories down, I am going to introduce more cardio. For now I just Dance and move lol

I'm in Kentucky. I just started 4 days ago. I want to lose 83 pounds to start. I can tell by my diary that I still have to make changes in my food choices. It takes time. I am taking one day at a time. I try and eat healthy snacks.every two hours. So when I do.eat, im not starving and pug out. Wish you the best.

I just started 1200 calories on Friday. Just basic walking with chores and walking dogs. Have not weighed. Hope it starts ro work. Doing great on my calories and my appetite is down.
