3 weeks postpartum, lost 100+ pounds in between babies, gained 45 during pregnancy. Unsure of how much I have lost yet. Not reducing calories for another 3 weeks, but getting used to not eating anything/everything again lol. I have a 3 year old daughter and a 3 week old son.

I do as well! Mine is mostly fitness and health related, recipe section, meal plan section, I also write down how I'm feeling before and after eating along with the calories, helps me to see triggers- emotional or other wise. I like having a little paper tracker of goals because its pleasing to tick off when I've done…

My produce rotates depending on what is in season, but normally I always have a few different veggies and fruits on hand, other staples are: Rice cakes PB Beans - black and chick pea normally whole grain pasta sauce protein powder greek yogurt granola (the one I buy has dried fruit and seeds in it, high calorie, but very…

I get Old Navy compression pants and honestly the sizes last me a long time. I went down 4 sizes in pants but only one size in compression leggings. The larger size I can still use, just isn't the best for high impact as I have to yank them up a fair bit. I was never blessed in the boob dept so my sports bras last ages…

I started at 324 and I did Leslie Sansone walk from home dvds, some really old school, some newer. I also bought an aerobic step and did and still love to do step. Just from this and calorie counting I got down to 240 then I moved on to weights and HIIT, etc.

Mum to a 3 yr old and two week old. Lost 100 lbs pre pregnancy, at home work outs + cal counting.

I steam or saute it, i helps break down the greens which make them softer to eat and easier on the belly. For a side dish, I like to braise kale in lemon juice with garlic, its so good! Or steam it and add a simple sauce of lemon, honey, garlic and pepper, throw in tomatoes and white beans, chill in the fridge. If I want…

A lot of the nutrients in spinach or kale will seep out when its being steamed, if you included any liquid from the steamed greens as well, I'd say go for it, other wise, personally, I'd keep them raw.

Not at a gym. However, when I was like 20, I was 360+ lbs and in line for the checkout at Superstore. A doctor approached me with his card for WLS + told me he could do the plastics for the "unsightly" skin that would follow. I was so floored. I wish I reported him though.

16:8 IF, normally whole foods based, but I do eat junk when I want it as well. Doing 2 BIG meals and a snack just works better for me than 6 much smaller meals. I like to be very full rather than always some amount of hungry.

Strong french press, 2 tbsp cream and 1 sugar. Otherwise I mix chocolate protein powder and whole milk into strong coffee, tastes like a mocha :) This random coffee place makes the BEST ice capps in the world, 180 calories for a small, easily fits into my day.

Plant based smells like fish food. The only way I could choke it down was with a lot of ice in a smoothie with a straw. Whey doesn't always taste good, but can be easily hidden in things like coffee. If its just a supplement for you and you care not about the cost, and you want it to be fairly natural, why not just eat a…

I will eat at maintenance typically. I'm often only very hungry the first few days and the last few hardly at all, so often it evens out.

My best advice for you is to baby wear! Babes will be close to you, feeling held, but you will have your hands free. Saved my life with my first, I'm due in 4 weeks and baby wearing will save me again.

Im a 14\16 and 5'4 and 35 weeks pregnant with my second. I track off and on but mostly just focus to sticking to whole foods and getting as much nutrients as I can. My OB was cool with 40 ish lbs gained and I'm at about 30. Totally healthy pregnancy, no issues with BP, or GD, etc. (Am having a 10+ pound baby, just like my…

Im a SAHM as well, I have a 3 year old and will be having a new born in 4 weeks! I just don't buy junk. There are lots of healthy things that take as much time to grab as cookies. My issue is if I grab cookies, I want more cookies. If I grab an apple, I'm normally fuller. If you have a half hour during a nap for babes,…

I've tried lots of them and tbh most of them taste like butt if you are straight up drinking them in water or milk. I add a scoop into coffee with some whole milk and even the grossest tasting ones are good that way. Also in a smoothie, if I'm using it as a meal vs a snack.

I use the builder and add everything, I have the weights off all my pots and pans on a sticky note on the fridge. When the food is ready I weigh it and minus the weight of my pot, then I divide between however many servings I want. 4 for a big batch of chili could easily be 1000 sadly. What also works and I find I do the…

Yes often it is. I stalled for over a year because I was attempting to eat 1200 and then just over doing it 2-3 times a week, keeping myself the same weight for ever. Had I upped my calories and lowered my pounds per week, I would have lost way more than stalling in that year. I have a much higher calorie goal now, lose…

I was a size 26-28 when I started again and when I lost 50 lbs (310 to 260) I was in a size 20. From 250 to 210 (40 lbs) I went from a size 20 to a 14/16. Around 260 I started losing more inches due to strength training, which got me into smaller sizes a bit more quickly I think. I think one size is normally 15-20 lbs on…

I do IF as well 16:8 typically and I tend to only do 2 fasted workouts a week and only because I will throw up if I do HIIT with in 2-3 hours of eating. The rest of the week, I break my fast with my first meal, then an hour or two later I do my workout. Theres very little proof that fasted workouts do anything more than…

There are many at home workouts that you can do with body weight or with a set of dumb bells. Lots of people can work out while watching their kids when they do it from home. I'd look into fitnessblender.com, You could do HITT twice a week that runs you 20ish minutes, they have many strength training workouts that would…
