  • Hello :) I have a 3 year old girl and a 2 month old boy. I lost 100 lbs in between babies from calorie counting and at home workouts. I gained 45 with my son and I still have 30 to lose from him, then the rest of my weight haha. Daily logger :)
  • Hello :) I have a 3 year old daughter and a 2 month old baby boy :) SAHM, I lost 100 lbs in between babies from calorie counting and at home workouts, need to lose the 30 I gained with my son + the rest of my weight as well :) CONGRATS on your second!
  • I always struggled to eat 6 small meals a day. I was always hungry and just thinking about how am I going to make it to my next snack more or less. With IF I eat a 600-800 calories for the first meal, maybe a 300 calorie snack, and then a 700-900 calorie last meal. I am full and happy and not thinking about food until its…
  • The Soo lmao <3
  • I loooove IG! I follow so many awesome people at all stages of their journey! I'm Ashy, I've been doing this off and on for four or so years, I'm down 106 lbs total (was 150 but then pregnancy haha.) I love broccoli and donuts <3
  • Hello! I just had my second 7 weeks ago and am back on my fat loss mission. I had a c section, and am dealing with a grape fruit size hematoma, so I've been doing very low impact exercise. One of my good friends just healed from a prolapse. She had her dd in May and with physio is just healed now! So please, talk to your…
  • I do 16:8-18:6, 7 days a week. It just helps me feel like I have more calories since I typically eat 2 larger meals and a hefty snack vs 6 small meals. Doing this has helped me not to think about food 24/7 like waiting to eat every 2-3 hours did. I do well with guidelines so having a feeding window is working very well for…
  • I like to add garlic powder in the eggs with loads of cracked black pepper, then avocado and franks on top.
  • I was over 350 lbs, and sometimes loose skin is unavoidable. I will likely need a tummy tuck regardless of how fast or slow I lost weight. With 100 lbs to lose, I would go with 1-1.5 lbs a week. Moderate amount of weight lost a week is easier to keep up and provides more fuel for your body. Weight training is always a good…
  • Today. I had my six weeks postpartum check up. I have lost a whopping 5 lbs of the 45 I gained with my son. (Totally my fault, I came off of restriction and ate everything for nine months, stupidly thinking I'd lose it all without effort like I did with my first.) I bought a pack of cookies at walmart and had 1300 calories…
  • Lower belly. It likely won't ever fully go away regardless of how much weight I lose either.
  • People are annoying like that. Anytime anyone in my family or my SO's family sees me eating a donuts or any other "bad" food, they ask if its a cheat day or won't that ruin my diet, etc. People just don't understand that you can eat anything and lose weight. And even if it does put me over my calories, its one day, so long…
  • I am a 5'4, 240 pound woman and I loose 1-2 pounds on 1900 calories (depending on activity.) You should be eating more, then you won't "fall off" as much at night.
  • I am losing weight so I have MFP set to 30% protein. I hit 150-175g of protein a day with (normally) only having one protein drink. (protein keeps me somewhat fuller than carbs right now, so it keeps me in my goal.) I had 155g of protein the other day with 1 protein shake, 1.5 cups of egg whites and 2 whole eggs, a skyr…
  • Today I have 166g of protein. I had 1 cup of egg whites, 2 whole eggs, a skyr yogurt, 150g of ground chicken, 2 scoops of protein powder. The rest came from veggies and grains/almond milk. Most days I don't need two scoops of protein. We are going through a freak heat wave and mixing it with almond milk and ice makes me…
  • Metal normally, something fast and loud :)
  • Hi ladies! Feel free to add me. I have a 3 year old and now a 6 week old. I lost 100 lbs in between my babies and I have 73-95 lbs to go to a healthy BMI. Daily logger and I workout from home :)
  • I didn't have one for the longest time. I was 360+ lbs when I was in my early 20's. I actually thought I was A LOT smaller than I was. Like I would see a size 22 and I would think my size 28 -30 *kitten* was smaller than theirs. I was confident and honestly my weight didn't really hold me back from much, jobs, boyfriends,…
  • Add me as well :) 6 weeks pp, and I also have a 3 year old! Daily logger, reducing calories this Tuesday once cleared by OB. SO excited to get back!
  • I have 73-95 lbs still to lose. I have a 3 year old and now a 6 week old baby. I gained SO much weight this pregnancy and unlike with my first, i didn't drop it all super fast. I'm 243 right now, I've used MFP before and been successful but I never did the social aspect and I think it will be great motivation!
  • Hi! I'm a mom of two (3 and 6 weeks) and I am also 5'4. I have around 73-95 lbs to lose and am currently doing 16:8 as well! I have lost 117 lbs total so far using MFP :) We can do this! Feel free to add me if you'd like :)
  • 2-3 weeks, but I was over 300 pounds and went from 4k+ calories to (lol) 1200cals + water weight.
  • 1 cup egg whites, 2 whole eggs, some avocado, franks <3, a cheese string, grape tomatoes and a packet of instant dinosaur egg oatmeal. (I gave my daughter the dino eggs lmao.) 605 calories, 50g+ protein so yay.
  • Hello and congrats! I just had my second baby 6 weeks ago and am getting back on the wagon as well! Motivation is fleeting at best. If you start with small changes and don't try to reduce too many calories too quickly things should go well! I will be reducing calories once cleared on Tuesday and just trying to get back to…
  • 40g will always be 40g. 1/2 cup can be 50g, 35g, etc. I can eyeball pretty close to 40g from having done it for so long, but even then sometimes its way more or way less. It's always best to use grams and a scale if you can.
  • Mom of a 3 year old and 6 week old, after babies are in bed I fit in my workout, or wake early, or during naps. I used to workout with my dd, just put her in her swing. I recommend fitnessblender.com
  • I've been doing IF for around two weeks, its really helping me stick to my goals.
  • I wont keep Nutella or any kind of cookies in the house. I will go to them first out of quick calories and deliciousness.
  • 16:8 - I haven't been reducing my calories (almost 6 weeks postpartum) but I've been logging to see where I'm at. I've been eating around 12-2pm and stopping at 8-10pm. Normally its two large meals and a snack. I mostly drink water until my feeding window, but I will have a coffee with cream and one sugar if I really need…
