I agree when you do the steps really fast your doing them to where it's burning the fat. But if you just do them here and there, then you won't burn as bad.

Hi! Sounds like we have a little in common. I use to drink a 2 litter of soda a day, thats it. I have completely cut out all soda. Yes, when I try to exercise during the evening I'm already usually tired by 5pm. So, trying to find that extra boost to actually work out is a little tough. I wish I actually had work out buddies close by me. But hopefully all these awesome people on here will help motivate me. I'll send you a friend request
