My husband had weigh loss surgery 10 years ago. The weight came right back after a couple of years. He finally got it back off, 100 lbs by doing DASH diet and exercising. Its the small steps that count, give yourself some time and stick with it.

I'm 5'6 and 204. Started at 221 in Feb. Stop losing, so I started the DASH diet 12 days ago, its working. My first goal is to get under 200. Mid goal is to get to 175 with a long term goal of 150. I can open my diary but its not open right now.
