Day 3 of nada. First couple of nights were a little uncomfortable without that glass of wine but still pushed through. I've been working out and having great energy every day. I'm still planning on wine this weekend, Friday & Saturday only. Curious if I'll notice a drop in energy then. I gave up drinking for several years…

I like the idea of limiting to Friday & Saturday, I think I'll try that. Will be easier to accomplish. My goal will be max two glasses of wine those days. Need to make sure I get plenty of exercise in too.
