starting logging on Monday SW-203 GW-170 I was 294 and reached my goal weight after having my children 15 years ago, I have yo-yo ed ever since. goals... to get back to target walk for an hour (6k) 5 days a week (done 3 days so far) log all food read every ones blogs to keep inspired ;)
