I stopped weight myself last year and I found it refreshing to try on clothes to find them loose. I follow this Instagram #nonscalevictory it give me loads of motivation. I did weight myself there on Monday because I’ve only recently started back on MyFitnessPal I took a break for a couple of months.

When I struggled to breathe, after running after the bus. Just that feeling of, I’m struggling here to breathe after a 5 min run to get the bus. I want to be healthy and happy. I want to improve my cardio skills and if losing weight comes with it then it’s a bonus.

I got a Fitbit last year. I lost a stone, the constant notifications motivate me to get up and walk. I put my headphones on listen to some music and walk. Good luck with your journey

I’m lacking motivation big time this year. Last year I lost stone and I feel I’ve put it back on because I’ve no motivation. My motivation for last year was I had two holidays and I wanted to feel comfortable and confident in my bikini 👙
