Indeed. Forming the habits required for proper diet and exercise but it gets easier and easier. Its like running up a hill. The first few times it's hard and it wears you out fast. Eating what makes you happy is fine but moderation is the key. At least that's what I've found. Also cardio is a great idea! You can do this! Good luck!

I'm 276 to 250 (last I checked anyway) and that's my goal too. Just get below 200 lbs. Just gotta keep at it and stay strong.
