Macros is like your calories, sugars, fats, carbs. Just your overall numbers you need to stay within.

As long as it fits in your daily macros, go for it:) I drink wine and vodka water with mio a few times a week and I'm losing!

I get around a 100 as a vegan female with 10 pounds to my goal! Check out no cow bars! They are my goto post Workout Snack since I can't do quest bars anymore! Then I do shakeolgy, pb2, edamame, coconut yogurt, almonds, boca vegan burgers,spinach, broccoli! Hope that little list helps, good luck!

Awh! You just need to do the type of exercise you enjoy! I would be depressed if I had to walk on a treadmill for a hour! Haha, so I do spin classes and free weights! Honestly exercise isn't always fun, if it was everyone would be in shape!
