  • Thank you very much everyone! I have been on a calorie deficit as I have been losing, been decreasing. I will definitely take everyone's advice into consideration. Will mainly stick to my meal plan as I am getting accustomed to it and it is fulfilling.
  • Because I know my body gets used to the my diet and that's when I stall. Has happened plenty of times before. Thank you very much! I will keep going at it!
