Newbie question: I noticed some post their goal weight. Is the goal weight what you hope to achieve by the end of the 10 days or your overall goal? Likewise, is the original starting weight for the beginning of the round or when you made the decision to get a healthy lifestyle?

This was my 340 calorie lunch today. Leftover crockpot chicken breast slices on a reduced fat Triscuit held on with low fat cream cheese. A wide variety of vegetables with apple slices & fruit dip.

I have 2 that I use and also keep a couple thawed in the refrigerator and freeze the rest. Make sure they are completely cooled before freezing.
