I think thing the hardest part for me is that most of the time I go at it really really strict for a few weeks and mess up once and then give up. I didn't say I bottomed out lol. I am losing the right amount of weight still. I was just looking for something better than zero cal monsters with caffine that is going to keep me from eating everything in between meals. I think I am going to test out black coffee and see if that helps.

I have the blaze and have not noticed this problem at all. I have read about other people having issues with fitbits because they are worn on the wrist but mine has been really accurate so far. I have been wearing it for about 8 months.
