1200 is super hard! I have it as my goal also, and maybe get it 3 times a week. Add in a cheat day or a boozing weekend and I always go way over. However, working out hard and aiming for 1200 is the only way I drop weight. I have 12-15 lbs to be ideal weight, and feel like I will only be there if I never leave home other…
