Yea my favorite thing now is that I can bicycle. I try to ride at least 4 miles each day I get a chance. I only wish they have a good bike lane from my house to work I'd bike to work

Thanks but the best thing is I can do stuff that I never used to be able to do. I always was obese since middle school now I'm able to run, bike, and climb stairs. I finally know how it feels to be fit and it feels GREAT!!!!!
