Jogfm.com sorts music by bpm. you can put in your pace and it suggests songs, also some people have posted playlists for various distances.

Before I gave up and went to IF (no breakfast) I made Bulletproof Tea. Earl gray tea, 1Tbsp heavy cream, 1Tbsp MCT oil, 1 Tbsp Kerrygold butter,splash of vanilla flavor, 1 tsp. swerve. Brew tea, throw everything in magic bullet. Never have liked coffee.

Magic bullet for me too. BPC is really the only thing I use it for. Doesn't take up a lot of space on the counter top either

I'm using a Keto-Mojo meter, ketone strips are 99 cents each BG strips are less. Not diabetic, just a numbers nerd. I only test once or twice a week though.

Work on a puzzle,keeps your hands occupied. A lot of Libraries have them to borrow, or the dollar store. We always have one going

I have a BoomBot mini bluetooth speaker I use when running outside. No earphones so I can hear what's going on around me, of course I'm subjecting other people around me to my (somewhat questionable) music choices (Jump in the line by Harry Belafonte anyone)

I get up at 4:30 to go to work. Am I supposed to get up at 3am to get a morning workout in? No.... I'll keep my workout schedule in the afternoons.

For me it was a family reunion. Saw the pictures and couldn't believe I looked that big. I don't see it looking in the mirror (of course it's not a full length mirror LOL)

I spend one day every two weeks preparing batch meals, but occasionally a day of grazing (within calorie requirements) is ok too.

Just got back from our cruise last week.....gained 8 lbs. Take the stairs every time, we got lazy and started taking the elevators.

I've seen my HRM showing up on the treadmill next to me at the gym, it confused the guy on the treadmill because he wasn't wearing a HRM.

Run like there's a cute guy in front of you and a creepy dude behind you. I just ignore and keep moving (but I do carry mace). One of the Ragnar relay races last year a female runner was doing her segment alone at night and was attacked during the race, so not unheard of, scary.
