People don't have to do the things you're doing, or make the choices your making; but if they care about you then they need to RESPECT your choices and realize you don't have to do what they're doing either. It's hard, but you have to take care of YOU, first and foremost.

These are definitely things that I've learned over the years, but it's never a bad idea to have them as a reminder. It's so easy to forget & slip back into that self-comforting behavior. So useful for anyone who is an emotional eater.

I find that video games that suck me in, or cross-stitching, are both things I can do for hours at a time without thinking about whatever craving I'm having.
