Hey! I experienced that. I was running almost daily for close to 2 weeks and I think I gave myself a case of runners knee. Ice and limiting activity for a couple of days seemed to help, and when I started working out again I opted for the elliptical. Within a week and a half I was able to run again. @joann9991 have you tried meal prepping? I've been vegan for a couple of weeks now and found it found it to be super helpful. I also have a vegan chocolate protein shake that I end up replacing one of my meals with almost daily, so that takes a lot of the overthinking out of it right there :)

I'm 26 years old and decided to become vegan 13 days ago. Loving every second of it! I also watched 'What the Health' recently and have Diabetes. Would definitely like for that to go away and if being vegan can help along with exercise, I don't see any cons.
