I'm 5'4. At 165, a size 12. Currently at 154, a loose size 12 and too cheap to buy new pants yet (long way to go!) Low weight was 115lbs, a size 4.

I loathe cardio, but lifting and yoga make me happy.

I'm 23 and trying to lose 40lbs. Started at 165 and down to 158 now doing dieting, weight training, and cardio. It's been hard to get started because I have 3 kids 4 and under so I could definitely use some motivation!
