I recommend most of your food intake should be meats (ribeyes, sirloin), fatty fish (salmon, sardines, mackeral) and healthy fats (olive oil, grass-fed butter, avocados). In between Keto and Carnivore! Try to stay away from pastas, breads, rice, etc...it's really going to mess-up glucose levels and your metabolism.

You can add me to your friend group. Currently, I've been doing intermittent fasting. It really works because I've trained myself to eat only once a day and sometime no eating for 2 days. My body has become accustomed to it.

I've been doing carnivore and intermittent fasting for month. Even though I regularly workout (cross-fit, yoga, boxing), I lost additional weight (10+ lbs) in 1 month and gained some muscle. So far, I've been feeling really great and my energy levels are still very good.

Recently I switched to intermittent fasting and eating carnivore (meat, chicken, and fish only). Feel so much better and getting leaner. Feel free to add me.

Great comments about keto...I've been on keto for 2 years and lost weight...now I've switched to zero carb, basically meat and water. If compare the nutrition of meat to fruit/veggies, you consume more vitamins out of red meat than veggies....follow shawn Baker.
