Yes. I have lost 75 pounds. Was diagnosed prediabetic. This is the main reason for me losing weight, exercising, and strength training. It has taken me a little less than a year to do this but still have a ways to go. Need to lose another 40 or so pounds to be considered in a healthy weight range.

I have read through a lot of your posts recently. Please get help immediately for your thought processes and eating disorder. Many people have already mentioned you are not eating enough...which I would also state. Read through the post that aokoye wrote and get some much needed help ASAP.

You can do it! I was able to get my A1C down within the normal range by diet and exercise. Good for you for taking a step in the right direction.

My grandma used to make a strawberry pound cake when I was little. She never let me write down recipes. I always had to come over and smell/taste/see what she was doing. I have tried several times to make it over the years and I just refuse now. However, if she was still alive, I would eat it in a heartbeat.

I actually fit into a size 14 dress (US) and didn't even remotely look like an overstuffed sausage. I was pleasantly surprised! Bought it and am going to wear it for my date with hubby on Saturday!

Homemade chicken noodle soup (noodles are homemade too) over mashed potatoes just like grandma used to make.

I just wanted to let you guys know, I have been cracking up at this thread for quite a while. I appreciate the humorous aspect of all of this. Now....I want at least 3 Party Size Bags of Doritos and some hot chocolate because it's cold in my office.

That stinks because I just got a new mattress in February of this year. But then again, I am 70 lbs down.

I am also having that issue. If you sleep on your side does your shoulder hurt in the morning too? Or am I just old?

Down 62 lbs since the beginning of July. Diet only. The only thing I changed was in January when I began walking 2 miles because of work.

I have always wanted to hike in Colorado. So my husband is saving back money so we can spend about a week just relaxing and enjoying nature.

Went from a size 3XL in coat sizes to a Large! Super excited about that! I got my winter coat out from last year and I look ridiculous in it!

My NSV today is my Fitbit now shows me at Fair for Cardio Fitness!! Excited right now and will continue to work on improving but thought I should share with the group here!
