It makes me feel old when I think about the fact that kids I babysat for as a teenager are now in or graduating from college. And then other kids I taught (as an early childhood teacher) in my early 20s are in middle and high school now.

So, I have to take it a bit easier than normal currently because I just had dental surgery, so I'm sticking to less physically strenuous exercise that don't have any jarring of the mouth area. Yup, they're harder for me too. I can do 1 minute forearm planks, but it's much harder to hold than the full arm planks. Those last few seconds are pure torture right now. 8/7- 3 minutes 8/8- 3 minutes August total: 26 minutes; 49 minutes left to goal
