I'm a nerd today because I taught one of my toddlers to tell another one "Not the mama" as he wanders around calling me mama (I work in daycare, so for 5+ hours a day, I'm school mama).

Not the gym specifically (though I'd use a gym if I had a membership), but I dedicate 1-2 hours for workouts in the morning so I can get the distances I want as a walker but also not have it cut into my time to prep for work and get stuff around the house done.

Mine is open, since I honestly don't care if people see how I eat. Right now it's all over the place between the holiday weekend last week and just trying to figure out timing and amounts that work with my work schedule (breakfast/lunch).

Frut water from Aldi's, fruit, coffee or tea, cheese, Halo Top ice cream when I'm out (to fix my sweet needs).

I bought the 11 lb one at HEB and love it (I was replacing my old one for one that had a larger base). When I bought it, I was looking for one that offered a higher max weight, but I've realized that it is almost impossible for me to get even close to the max on my 11 lb one. xD I really liked that it had a pull out…

^ This. I wore a Fitbit when I worked my office job to track the amount of walking I did on my computer breaks (would take a couple of laps around the floor or do a flight of stairs and lap on another floor). Now that I work in child care, I just set my activity level to lightly active since I don't take any dedicated…

Justin's hazlenut chocolate spread is my spoonful of sin.

It takes a few hours for my runner's high to wear off, but a short 20 minute nap ends up being in my schedule most days. It feels good to get a little bit of rest before continuing with my day.

I usually don't eat before my workout if I'm doing it in the morning (or I'll get something light, like a piece of fruit). I don't like the heavy feeling of working out after I eat. Though for lunchtime workouts, I do actually eat before since I've been chasing kids for 4 hours and it's in the hea of the day, so I'm not…

As others have mentioned, using your kids makes for a great workout. I work in daycare with early toddlers, and they love when I do squats and shoulder lifts while holding them (10 kids, 3 squat and lifts per kid, ranging in weight from maybe 20 lbs to closer to 35+). They also have taken up liking to march around the room…

I do a sort of combo of both. I use music and then have story sections that are speaking audio (Zombies, Run). Straight running though I prefer music. I've tried running to get sessions and it doesn't work super well, though with cr being pushed to a podcast more, I might give it a go.

Either chocolate chip cookie dough or any caramel flavors.

Yo. I'm south of Houston (south highway 6 near Pearland and Missouri City). My schedule isn't super open since I can potentially get called into work early (daycare), but I try to hit nearby parks to go walking or running. I'd like to increase my radius more on weekends, but am also doing wedding prep, so that eats up some…

Your host makes me feel awkward. My bestie has Celiac's, so when she visits or we are getting together in general, I always make sure we have gluten free options that are more than "here's a salad". I even have my fiance conscientiously going to places that have GF menus so we have a list of safe places to eat when she's…

My food scale and measuring cups. It helps give me accurate calories when I'm home, and helps me learn how to eyeball guesstimate when I'm eating away from home (restaurant, work, friends' places). Though I'd be doubtful if all the weight loss from the coffee is true weight loss, given the fact that coffee acts as a…

They need to come to Houston. Halo Top has become a staple for me (especially since I have now tried their salted caramel and in love). Ideally, I need them to open near the cold stone so fiance can get his ice cream and I can get my Halo Top. ;)

My snacking is all over, so I try to keep some variety in the house. Recently I've been craving fruit though, especially watermelon.

Mornings are the only time to workout for me most days (running during the day in Houston is a death wish and I get home too late in the evenings to fit in a jog at the parks). The only day I test my time is on Fridays when I go in early for work, so I have to fit a run in during lunch. It feels great to get out early and…

I used to meal prep when I was single (it was easier to just be able to grab a box for lunch or dinner and have time for working out). My fiance however isn't as big on it, so it's sort of tapered off. However, when we have kids, I plan to be doing some prepping again so I have stuff ready to go for me and the kids during…

I love Zombies, Run and am planning to get back into it again (I wish ZR5K worked better with the PoGo overlay, but it always cuts out during the free runs). I'm big on the story and connect with most of the characters.

I've got a number of reasons, a good amount for vanity purposes. 1) I'm getting married in 3 months. My dress is ready, and fits well. I did try it on last week and it was tighter than I remembered. It still fits, bit I'd like a little more wiggle room. 2) Honeymoon. This is two reasons in one. I plan to spend a lot of…
