I have been eating a TON of ribeyes! For me, it’s the easiest thing for me to measure and it seems like the perfect keto food. I’m also monitoring my macros pretty strictly. I started keto a couple of weeks ago - almost closer to carnivore but I’m keeping up with my macros. I know the majority of it this early is water weight but I lost 10lbs. Good luck!!

I'm trying to lose right at 50lbs. I'm on 1,600 calorie diet. This is my first day.

Add me! 38 yr old male. I'm 6ft 260. My goal is 215. I'm focusing on changing my diet pretty significantly to around 1600 to 1800 calories. I'm on here to have some sort of accountability.
