  • Tortilla chips. I have zero chill when it comes to these. I had to take a whole bag of Tostitos and count out the serving size into tiny baggies. I have a serious tortilla chip love :)

  • I took phentermine for over 2 years then stopped. I have found that if you get your nutrition right, the energy will follow. It will not happen overnight & I so feel the frustration you have.
