I just log 1 cup of my unsweetened soy milk as a daily if I add it to my coffee. Mine has a whole 30 calories per cup, so if I'm off a bit, it's not going to make much of a difference.

Looked up the Subway nutrition info. The lowest calorie subs are (in order): veggie (of course), the black forest ham, then club. Also, the Mayo on a 6" sub is listed at 110 calories. Omitting the Mayo would be an easy way to shave off some of the calories.

What lifting has done for me. 6 month ago I hit a major plateau. Was stuck at about 220lbs. Today, I went back to school shopping with my daughter.
