Those are my favorite conversations, especially when I'm having them with people that get offended at EVERYTHING!!!!

Screw your application. I'm showing up with cheap beer & going to drink all your good stuff.

Unless you are allergic to something, there are no bad foods. You don't get bonus points for eating healthy foods once you've already hit your micros/macros. If you have the room for it in your day, eat it if you want it. Eat at a calorie deficit to lose weight. Eat a nutritious diet at a calorie deficit to lose weight and…

Nope! Love them!

I did a 40 mile walk in a day. Jeep broke down in the middle of nowhere, this was in '95 - didn't have OnStar or GPS nor did I have a cell phone. Was about a 40 mile hike back to civilization. My feet has calouses on the blisters, blisters on the calouses. Not fun.

Is this injury or soreness? If injury, let that part heal. If possible injury, let that part heal. If you're just sore, just don't overwork it

Not always a bad thing. I went from $60 bras to $5-10 bralettes!!!

I shrank a full shoe size! And my old feet/calves were bigger: they stretched out my socks.

If you are sick, such as have a stomach bug. Ignore calories, macros, micros and exercize: focus on getting better. If you are throwing up on purpose, please seek professional help.

Onion, celery, garlic, cabbage, carrots, chicken, lime, cilantro, salt & pepper to taste, water. Low calorie soup.

Nope, you're not the only one. It's only annoying when it gets in my eyes or puddles between my cleavage and sports bra.

I try not to do tri/bis before chest day. If I do, my arms are generally too weak to bench #2 pencils the following day. I do tris/chest on the same day as many of the lifts use both triceps and chest.

CAP makes inexpensive racks. I would first go to a major sports equipment store and see if the 35lbs fit on the A-frames (most do, some don't).…

It never gets easier, you just get better.

I am on my 2nd NordicTrack treadmill. First one lasted me about 10 years (I literally wore the tread off). I have never had any problems with them. I lucked out and found my new one used (well, I don't think it was very used - the tread still looked brand new).
-
Hit up thrift shops and used equipment ads in late spring and early fall (when New Year's resolution & "beach body goals" equipment gets sold). I have a gym quality Precor elliptical and a NordicTrack treadmill (combined cost if new > $5000) that I bought for $600. Sadly, you usually get what you pay for. Go to any sports…

Actually, women can get bulky (very muscular) from working out. Generally it takes a good decade of dedication and lucking out in genetics. But yeah, normal working out: a mix of cardio and weights, isn't going to make anyone look like a body builder.
-
So don't go very heavy of the weights. I'm barely starting to see truly muscular definition in my quads. I also max at 180lb squats and 360lb leg presses. There's still quite a bit of fat there, but they are starting to have some definition. It also takes YEARS of lifting to truly pack on muscle. I did have a jump start…
-
First of all: hogwash. It takes YEARS to pack on muscle mass! Talk to any bodybuilder and just ask them how long it takes to gain 5lbs of muscle, and they specifically are trying to gain muscle. Also, having muscles helps prevent jiggle.

Nearly every day. But then some of my workouts include playing sports with my daughter, her friends, and my neices and nephews.

Under armour sells front close sports bras in every size. Soccer shorts are great!!! Generally come to mid thigh in length, also they tend to be cut for soccer players (ie, people that have glutes & quads!). You can even find one with build in underwear (I think Adidas has them, but not sure). Dance apperal for shirts:…

In my house it's called "Brinner".

High protein breakfasts. I just feel more "energized" throughout the day. Not sure why, don't even really care, but it helps me throughout the rest of my day.

On just about anything. On sandwiches, salads, as a topping for soups. By themselves.

1/2 an avocado.

All legumes, most fish, chicken breast (skinless & well trimmed), bison meat (limit it, as there is fat, just a lot less than most beef)

420 calories. Nope, rather have a homemade burger instead.

Same here, adding sodium chloride is also a way to treat many of my foods. Be careful with DHMO, do you know how many people die every year directly related to being overwhelmed by that stuff. Also, everyone that has incorporated that into thier diet, dies.

If your going by the definition of "processed". Anything that has been altered is processed. This includes: milk, roasted nuts, peanut butter, baked potato (cooking is processing).
