If your going by the definition of "processed". Anything that has been altered is processed. This includes: milk, roasted nuts, peanut butter, baked potato (cooking is processing).

Keep exercizing, stay hydrated, hope for the best. Sometimes the skin shrinks, sometimes it doesn't.

I'm hoping for kale to be the next thing. Hopefully my bf will quit trying to make me drink her disgusting kale smoothies. (Kale, onion, garlic & lemon.. ugh)

Nope. It takes all of 30 seconds to log food. I make time to exercise as part of my daily routine.

Fresh veggies, garlic, mustard, regular cow milk, almond milk.

Only if it's something not part of my normal routine. Things such as cleaning out my garage, or stripping and rewaxing my tile, I log. Normal chores: nope that's part of my activity level.

If you are very new to weight lifting, are obese or on only a slight calorie deficit, you may be gaining muscle. But, I would find someone that has a degree in kineology, physical education/therapy for more information. Not just a random personal trainer (some trainers have degrees, so make sure to find out), but someone…

I ran 3 miles in under 30 minutes. (Barely, but I did it!).

Options: 1. A lot of larger department stores carry tanks that aren't racer backs 2. If shirt sleeves annoy you, find cheap t-shirts (secondhand is great for this), and simply cut off the sleeves. Instant sleeveless shirt. 3. Your working out, it's just a bra strap. Wear stuff that you are comfortable in and don't worry…

Every time I see progress. Lift heavier weights, drop a clothing size, new weird thing that I couldn't do when I was bigger, hitting goals (big & small). Also, I keep an old picture of myself to remind me where I started and how bad I felt when I was obese (mentally & physically)

Thank you. I will take note.

Traditional. No worrying about battery life and I can loan traditional books to friends all I want, I have a few that we just trade books.

Shoe size, boobs, I got narrower overall, chub rub, $60 bras (smaller breasts definitely have a financial advantage!), constant heart burn, bad posture (less weight + stronger core).

Add all the ingredients together pre-cooked. Then divide by the number of meatballs made. This will give you the approximate calorie count per meatball. (So if the whole recipe is 2000 calories, and you make 20 meatballs; each meatball averages out to 100 calories).

Yes. Take a 6oz raw steak, depending on how well done you cook it, they weight can change substantially but the calorie content doesn't. Just make sure you're logging it as "raw".

Don't worry about macros, micros or calories when you're sick. Focus on your body and getting better. Illness is a very legitimate reason to through every dietary and workout idea out the window, your body is not functioning correctly because it's fighting an illness - get better then get back on plan.

Rib eye steak!

I thought the same thing. 18st 10 is 262 pounds. Maybe if the OP is 5'1" it's not that bad, normal height - no way. Eeek, that's a HUGE deficit to have daily.

Since you can wear smaller sizes. Try boys tanks in L/XL. A child's XL is very close to an adult S or XS. They are just cut narrower for boys than men, so they might work for you. Because it's workout gear, do you really care if it's a "Paw Patrol" or "Incredible Hulk" shirt, so long as it fits.

If it's something you do on a daily or near daily basis, that's part of your activity level. If it's something that is seldom done, I generally use "vigorous cleaning" as the activity.

Usually on-line from the manufacturer. Amazon + food product = bad idea. As the products aren't coming directly from the manufacturer, many are old, sometimes expired by the time you get them.

Before investing in an entire tub, I recommend you get some sample/single serving packets. Some brands mix better than others (becomes very obvious when you use just a Shaker bottle). Some flavors taste better than others, even the same flavor in different brands can taste incredibly different. Go look up reviews on…

Someone asked me a very simple question years ago, I still repeat it when I find myself "stuck". How do you expect to change, if you don't change? That's it, you have to change yourself, your habits, your lifestyle, if you want to change For me, eat fewer calories, eat nutrious food that correlates with my goals, and…

I have the exact opposite problem, small chested. So looser fitting tanks tend to hang down to nearly my second set of eyes. Sleeveless T's cut for women would help both of us out!

Go to Amazon, look up "goat rental". Yep, it's a real thing.

I hate sweet potatoes! Won't eat them, yuk!

Don't worry. And guess what, we find the 25 year old guy working out at the gym a lot more attractive than the 45 yr old guy. But then I am sexually attracted to men, and I'm assuming you're not - so I can better see the difference. Also, there is a difference between finding someone incredibly attractive and being willing…

Discount Dance supply (they are online). Ballet dancers (dancers in general) tend to have tiny waists and muscular legs. Their joggers/warm-ups are cut for them, they are also made slightly more generous in the butt area to allow for easier movement in deep plus aka squats.
