  • Concentrate less on that scale. Take pictures every Monday and pay attention to how your clothes fit and feel. If you keep doing what your doing and compare your starting picture to a picture you take a month from now you'll see major differences.

  • The norm is usually 75% fat 20% protein and 5% carbs. You can type that right into MFP and it will calculate your daily goals for you.

  • I've been doing keto about 5 months now. Down 55 lbs. The first 3 months I was also IF doing a 6:18 fast. Since I've stopped I haven't really noticed any difference in how I feel or the progress of my weight loss. Definitely still a fan of IF though.
  • Add fat to everything. Cheese, butter, oil, sour cream, heavy cream. Throw it in whatever you're cooking.
