I just came across some videos called "walk at home" by Leslie on YouTube from a friend on here. It's 15-20mins that you walk to a fast beat while also using your arms and doing kicks too. I watched a bit of one and it looks so much more fun and i plan to do it in the morning instead of my elliptical tomorrow.

Just keep reminding yourself they are empty calories and do nothing good for your body. If you want some, try to make it only a bite or 2 and then eat a salad or something nutritious and low cal to help balance out the bad food.

Slip ups will happen, just have to jump back into the healthy eating in the morning. 1 day won't have much of an impact unless you continue the unhealthy choices. When I'm craving something sweet I like to have either a frozen tube of yogurt, I get chobani that's only 50cal, or I have a cup of frozen fruit, we keep…

My second is only 6.5 months right now but I'm finally over 5lbs under my pre pregnancy weight and am working to lose between 50 and 100 more. It took me a year of trying for both of my pregnancies and with breastfeeding, my cycle didn't return with my first until she was about 14 months so I'm assuming I have awhile…

I just typed in breastfeeding as a snack and the 3rd option was EBF and was -500 and when I added it sure enough it gave me 500 more calories. I'm 250lbs and EBF my 6 month old and just aim for 1800 calories a day. I usually eat between 1500 and 1800 and have been doing so for almost 3 weeks and haven't had any supply…

I'm nursing my 6 month old that still refuses all solids, but am trying to lose weight to as I'm closer to 19 st so have a lot that I need to lose. Regaurdless I aim for 1800 calories a day and have noticed if I only eat 1200 for a couple days then he ends up fussy and calms down when I bump back up to the 1800. I usually…
