I’m actually looking at doing a couple of the 5k events and then hopefully moving up to 10k eventually. That’s great you should definitely look into that!

Those types of courses are great making fitness fun. I think once you’ve managed to do one it kind of pushes you do a lot more!

Serving sizes is definitely something I need to start doing, is that something the app can help with? I've joined the gym again with a friend hoping that we can motivate each other! I think the app is going to help a lot with the support

I've just downloaded this app again! I didn't even realise it had the community part either, I think it's helpful we can motivate each other on here
