I was diagnosed 5 years ago. Since then, I managed to lose about 60 lbs through healthy eating and exercise. I was also on metformin for about a year. Stopped taking metformin early 2014 and got pregnant the next spring. 15 months after delivery, I had baby #2. Both were conceived without any medication.

Same, due to PCOS. In 2014 I successfully lost 60+ lbs after a year and a half. Two babies later within 2 years and I am back at it again.

Same height! Started at 218lbs at 5 weeks post partum.. it's been soo soo slow despite great discipline and exercise. At 5 months post partum, I am standing at 209 lbs. My mini goal is 180lbs. Long teen, would love to be at 160lbs. You can do it!

@lvromero3 you're right, it is very hard! If it's challenging when you don't have kids, with kids it takes an even greater commitment. Stick to it, you can do it!

Currently about 35 lbs away from my pre-pregnancy from 2 years ago, and I am working my butt off to get into shape. What did your daily food consumptions…

So inspiring! I've been feeling down lately bc I've been eating clean and exercising but the number on the scale doesn't seem to change, which is discouraging! Breastfeeding with two under two.
