I recently started incorporating 2 maintenance days into my calorie plan, as well as eating 300 cals below maintenance 5 days out of the week, for a total of 1,500 calories below maintenance per week, or losing a little less than half a pound a week. You could maybe consider incorporating days at maintenance by eating…

Same. Actually my mom was kinda bad about this. She was recommending me to try coconut oil and apple cider vinegar. I had already lost 60 lbs. I know what I'm doing...

I’ll start. I love my body because it allows me to experience life in the physical form; I’m currently sitting in a park at a picnic table, and can feel the late summer air, light breeze, and hear the nearby birds and insects. I show my body love by giving it nourishing movement; most recently I went to an outdoors yin…

I am 26, 5'7.5'' Highest: 200 lbs. Start: 190 lbs. in February 2018 Current: 136 lbs. (I first hit this weight in May 2019, have basically been in a plateau since) Goal: 125 lbs.? (or whenever I feel comfortable with my body fat amount) I'm close and just taking it slow from here on out!

Thank you! I have been unintentionally maintaining around 135 lbs. since April, that seems to be my settling weight right now, and I am finally learning to be okay losing at a slow rate. Maybe 5-10 more pounds would do it, which I want to lose by next summer, but I am okay now. I am incorporating a slow rate of loss, diet…

Thank you! I hope everyone has a good day too! :)

Today I drank more water than usual and had coffee on the drive, it was better! I did LISS cardio and then meditated and felt awesome. I have mostly felt like doing cardio or yoga every morning and not weight training. We'll see how lifting goes next week. So far I am loving the morning time for myself!! There's only one…

I'm lucky to have a gym at work. It's big and they even just remodeled it. It's even more awesome because our new HR director got a trainer to come give fitness classes during lunch and there's yoga after work. But my boss did not like my longer lunch I was taking, even though I came in early to make up for it. I stopped…

I have been on a schedule of eating five times per day for a while now, BLD plus two snacks. I do eat a Jimmy Dean English muffin turkey sausage egg white sandwich in my car on the way to the gym lol. I have my coffee at my desk when I start work. Maybe I should have some coffee at home, that might help! I was just hoping…

Ha ha I posted too late! Meant for the woman above me lol. Nice complexion!

That sounds nice! I have a nice gym at my work, which is nice and it is almost empty in the mornings save for 2-3 people, I leave early enough to avoid rush hour, but then I shower at work and go sit down at my desk lol. I've thought about going to a nearby gym too. Still considering!

Soft looking hair!

I do feel great the rest of the day. Nice to have a lunch break now and have my workout checked off my to-dos! Only downside is I like to shower after and have damp hair at work for a while lol.

I actually like Halo Top. They better not mess it up! lol.

63 lost, and counting! Hope to lose 70-75. Almost there :)

Beautiful hair and awesome with makeup. And cute shirt!

Edited. Wasn't aware I couldn't mention a grocery store? Is that really a rule?
-
Agree. I buy the unsweetened almond milk because it's only 30 calories a cup and cheap!

Jimmy Dean turkey sausage and egg white English muffin sandwiches and low fat cottage cheese. Delicious!

I lost at a pretty slow rate actually, on an average of about half to at most one pound a week, so it really wasn't that quick either! It was a total of about 65 lbs. though since highest weight, I was 190 last February and now I'm 135. Really the only negative comments I think have just come from one person, this lady at…

I don't need people to comment for my health and fitness motivation at all, I'm very self motivated, but I do actually usually like comments and acknowledgement, as long as they are positive! I've gotten many nice comments and it feels good to me. However, I do not like the negative comments, such as that I look sick,…

The app is super slow for me. I have an iPhone 5S, I'm not sure if it matters? But it takes forever to log in, search for items, anything just takes forever and freezes.

I have the "Strong" app, I use it to track my lifting. It's awesome!! I put in my routines including exercise and number of sets, it has a library of all lifts and shows you how to do them, times my workout, shows me PR's, 1 rep max's, and also has a timer for resting between sets.

My weekly average has went up to 136.5 lbs., so I will continue cutting to around 130 lbs., then maintaining I guess. I am currently following the Fierce 5 routine (https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=159678631&page=1) but only training 2x per week usually due to circumstances/other obligations. I'm at least…
