I snack in between meals when I start to feel hungry. I have breakfast around 7:30, a snack at 10, lunch at 12:30, a snack around 3:00 and supper around 6:00 on a typical weekday/work day. When I'm home on the weekends I am usually off schedule and snack less.

Good luck you can do this!!! I am struggling with this as well. I have been at it for a little over a month now. Watching calories and recently exercising. I am down 9 lbs but still have a long way to go to get to my goal.
