Possible to get a tracker when desired like the one from under armour, or fitbit.. connect with your mfp account. All steps, activities tracked with the tracker are sync'ed (when sync'ing) and extra calories burned from exercises.. are reflected in the total calorie allowance. So more can be eaten when more active. <3

Did you know that one prepackaged waffle previously eated is 402 calories? Uh what? Previously with a database entry thought it was 219.. ? Now logging it as the correct one when having?

Keep making the best choices, allow to have a weight range, if it goes under, knowing needing to eat a bit more for a while, if it goes above over time, needing to adjust a little..
