I feel like I'm starting to notice subtle changes in my body. My waist looks more tapered (really subtle tbh), and my jawline is (again subtle) a bit sharper now. I haven't weighed in yet, but regardless of what I weigh, this is encouraging to see.

I love how I get unsolicited health advice just because I start working out a few times a week... For some reason I felt ravenously hungry yesterday. Perhaps my meals weren't big enough, leaving me feeling perpetually deprived. Today I'll try heavier meals and see how that works out.

Just got back from my without, feeling very refreshed. Also, for some reason I was always too intimidated to use the MFP app in the past. I thought the food diary would be complicated and time consuming, but it actually saves a lot of time. Everything is so organized and it's a lot easier than trying to keep a food diary…
